One of our priorities is to keep our partners up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry at every level, also the latest enhancements to the services MatchWork provides. We organise frequent customised training events, designed to develop partner client knowledge and expertise. Training is mostly on-site, alternatively at MatchWork offices, and is organised by our dedicated and experienced instructors.
Basic Sales Training
Basic sales training is divided into two approaches – one for combined sales teams selling print and online together, one for sales teams which have separated the two functions.
With these essential differences in mind, both training courses deal with the day-to-day challenges faced by frontline sales people and assist management with our accumulated international knowledge on incentives, promotions, cold calling, client retention and other key issues.
Refresher Training
Refresher training brings your sales teams up-to-date with the latest features and functions of the MatchWork system, is tailored to each partner’s exact configuration and includes all the latest knowledge on sales techniques and upselling in particular.
Administrative Training
An efficient back-office is more important than ever.
